Installing the Free RealPlayer In order to listen to audio books, you need to install a free copy of the RealOne Player software. You can download the software from their web site. They sell a fancy versions of the program, but the free one will work just fine for the Audio Book Club. Go to their home page at www.real.com and click on the FREE Download button. See red arrow below. (CLICK HERE for MacIntosh instructions.)
This will take you to a second page. Click on the "Get RealPlayer - Free" link, not the "Download Now" button. See the red arrow:
This will take you to a third page. By now, you realize they are making it just a bit difficult to get their free player, but don't stop now. When you get to this third page a file download window will pop up. That's the free player. Click OK to download the file.
