Install RealOne Player

In order to listen to audio books, you need to install a free copy of the RealOne Player software. You can download the software from their web site. They sell a fancy versions of the program, but the free one will work just fine for the Audio Book Club.

When you go to their web site, the first page you see looks like this. The link for the free player is on the right-hand top corner of that page. It says, “Free Real One Player.” Click on those words.

When the following page appears, click on the link in the lower right-hand side which says: "Download the Free RealOne Player Only."

Next, the page below will come up and your computer may automatically begin downloading the software. This is ok, unless you want the MacIntosh or Apple Computer version. In that case, abort or cancel the download and select the MacIntosh version as shown in the red circle below.
