Our staff prepares 21 monthly newsletters “wrapped” in your library’s template, requiring no staff intervention, but still allowing total customization if desired.
Your staff can also prepare custom newsletters for staff, volunteers and patrons. Book content is easily generated by accessing book databases that we provide from Ingram and Publishers Weekly.
Custom newsletters can be sent out daily, weekly, monthly or at the last minute. Just press the publish button, and your newsletter is sent to everyone on the list.

Newsletters and pages are automatically branded so they integrate seamlessly into your current web site. Our software automatically inserts links to your card catalog.
Easy to use interface...
If you’re familiar Microsoft Word® or other word processing programs, you can easily use our editor to prepare professionally looking newsletters and web pages.
You can easily cut and paste content, including graphics, from other programs or from web pages. Just drag and drop.

Multi user web access...
Each department can control their newsletters and web pages by logging into the resource center on the internet. You have the option of holding newsletters and pages for approval prior to publication.
Customer support...
We provide free customer support and training. If you have an existing web site, we will build a template that integrates into your current site.
